Closing on the house this friday and shitting bricks feeling because you know just as I thought, the economy is crumbling right after we bought the house. But I guess it would not have mattered even i I had bought the house last year - the feeling would be the same, yes? Frankly biggest worry/annoyance is to put our current house on market asap, though I am also tempted to sell to Opendoor for less and get done with this without all the jhanjat.
