2 days to closing and even though this is our second home, the jitters are no less different than first. When we bought our current house, the economy was not necessarily hot, we were a single income family with a toddler and on H1b+H4 visa, and we had moved states cross country - the level of jitter and nervousness was palpable, but for good reason.
This time, we are old timers, no longer have the visa thing hanging on our heads, dual income family and a preteen kid who doesn’t need as much attention as we think. Technically I shouldn’t be as nervous or jittery as I was 9 years ago, but somehow I feel even worse than 9 years ago, in spite of knowing fully well mentally that I should be feeling great about it!
What gives?!
