I keep refreshing my Opendoor offer every week just to gauge how market factors are impacting their offer prices, not that I would ever sell to them. I know they always end up offering less than house is worth, and we know folks who sold to them at lower price than market would have given them. Its incredible that in the last 4 weeks, their offer on my house dropped 100k, and almost 250k from late Jan when they peaked. Just sign of times and market/economy! We are headed for hard times.
