I am still surprised about amazon fresh substition of cantaloupe with lemon. So many questions here:
Did a human make that decision? If so, why? Why would anyone think a lemon is a substitute for cantaloupe? They are not even remotely close in terms of fruit.
Did AI make that decision (most likely). Here’s how someone must have coded it - if its a fruit and its round, then every round fruit can be substituted with each other. I am going to try ordering a large watermelon next and see if I still get a lemon. I am pretty sure I will.
