One of the things that consistently shocks my colleagues and my own leaders is that I keep saying I have no favorite product management frameworks or believe in one. Somehow they assume that just coz I come from FAANG I bring with me ideas and processes that will scale my current company into something like amazon – and I keep telling them that the best thing I am bringing to table is not processes or frameworks, but how to actually cut through all the bullshit and focussing on the customer delight!
