Today we got a land survey done which was pending as part of Home closing. Turns out, fence posts are nearly 20 feet inside where line should be! Def made our neighbors unhappy considering they had been maintaining area beyond the fence for years if not decades. But too bad we are in fact going to pull the fence line all the way. I inherit at least 3 more trees along with more shrubs and bushes 😂.
