What is painfully obvious in the debate is that Fetterman’s health is a genuine talking point. This is the first time I’ve heard Fetterman speak at all, and it was clear he needed help. I do not doubt that he is fit for the job, but part of debate are about showmanship. At times I was feeling Fetterman was having hard time grasping and articulating his thoughts. My dad of 70 years suffered a stroke few years ago and made a full recovery within a couple of months – so it certainly felt like his stroke and medical issues are way more serious than they were letting them to be. Man, I wish he had not debated at all.
