Apparently housing is showing signs of coming back to life it seems. If you look at redfin in this area I am not sure if was ever dead. I mean sure prices did drop by 20-30k & on market longer, but houses are still going. Increasingly not seeing any bidding but sales at list prices - but the list price itself is still high enough that most people selling are still making money, especially people who bought their homes 20-30 years ago.
