Nothing triggers a desi on Instagram like a western cook attempting to cook an Indian dish 😂. To be fair though some comments are allright with me - like why call something Mumbai burger instead of calling it what it is: Pav Vada. I do think these cooks make amazing Indian dishes I just wish they didn’t need to keep westernizing Indian names. With that I am going to buy myself some Indian fried spicy donuts and Indian savory crepe with potato filling served with lentil soup and spicy coconut compote.
