Personally I wouldn’t mind it if amazon prime scrapped the new LOTR series completely. It was clear that season 1 was all spectacle no soul and no amount of CGI is going to fix a soulless heart. Now that Warner Brothers are going to make LOTR again, might as well cut losses and reinvest in better series.
