Done with Ted Lasso last night, and even though it lands the finale reasonably well, it was all still so underwhelming at best. Its a pity that this once great show had to bow out like this (if it did). Apple has a 3rd season problem innit? Somehow their shows don’t seem to all jump the shark around this mark, and its ok if Apple realized this and decided they will just do smaller season shows. S3 of Ted Lasso was needlessly so overlong and unnecessary it spoilt all the magic this series once had.
Both Servant and For All Mankind have faced the same issue at Apple; after an excellent sophomore season both crashed and burned in third season. Anyway, I am glad Lasso and his jadoo ki jhappi days are over.
