People who have the time and don’t take an afternoon nap, why?! As I am ageing the afternoon nap (whenever I can) has become an important part of my day. I am much fresher in evening, my workouts are better and I don’t feel like a wreck by 10pm. On the other hand afternoon nap is 30 mins or less for me. Anything more also wrecks me up. But that sweet spot of 30 mins is pure bliss!
