This year was worse than last year in sense that I went to gym only 48 times, however I also went on a walk (thanks doggo!) 115 times for a total of 163 days of some activity. I am definitely undercounting my walks coz I don’t remember to turn on the fitness app for walk every time. Gotta turn up that gym number but a good chunk of it can be attributed to the back injury I had early on year at gym followed by continuing trigger finger woes.
