What is the most socially acceptable response to somebody on street who says “Oh such a cute dog!” and I look at their dog and don’t feel the same in return? I struggled with this a decade back as well when someone on street would say “Awww such a cute baby!" and I would look at theirs and be like “Well yours isnt!" (in my mind of course!)
